How to Use

Fill the enamelled oil container with oil between the MIN and MAX markings — do not overfill. Submerge the heating element and attach the control knobs. Set the temperature dial to your desired setting (150–190°C) and allow the oil to preheat — the indicator light will cycle on and off as the thermostat maintains temperature. Place food in the frying basket, lower into the oil, and set the timer. When the timer completes, carefully lift the basket using the cool-touch handle and rest on the drain support to remove excess oil. After use, allow to cool completely before cleaning. The basket and oil container are dishwasher safe.
