📍 Where do we ship to?
We deliver to metropolitan, regional, and remote areas across Australia. We don’t ship internationally, but you can place an order from overseas if it’s being delivered to an address in Australia.
📦 How will my order be delivered?
We send all orders as registered parcels via Australia Post. A signature is required on delivery.
✍️ Do I need to be at the delivery address?
A signature is required for delivery. If no authorised person is available, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for collecting your parcel from your local post office. Your order will be held for collection for 5 business days.
⏱️ How long will delivery take?
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery from the date your order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. If you’re in a regional or remote area, please allow a few extra days.
💳 How are postage and handling charges calculated?
Postage and handling (P&H) cover the cost of delivering your order. Charges are calculated per item.
🔎 How can I track my parcel?
Australia Post tracking numbers are generally available 3 business days after you place your order. If a delivery attempt was made, check with your local post office. Ask Buddy, our shop assistant, if you need help.
