Place food in a single layer on the stainless steel trays, or hang strips vertically using the included hooks for biltong and jerky. Select a preset program or manually set your desired temperature and timer. Close the door and press start — the 360° auto-rotate system handles even distribution automatically. Monitor progress through the clear-view window without opening the door. When the timer ends, the unit stops automatically.
